Fitness Boxing Classes are offered to Men & Women every Saturday & Sunday and they are 30 minutes in time. Our Fitness Boxing Classes will get you dripping sweat, get your heart pumping and your chest thumping in only 30 minutes. Yes this is correct, its only 30 minutes in time but it will be the best 30 minute workout you will experience. Its short time is perfect for those who need to get in and out as fast as possible so that your training time doesn’t interfere with your busy schedules.
30 minutes is all we need and this allows us to offer you multiple classes over the weekend, and the best thing of all you are welcomed to walk in at any to any class. No need to worry if you’re running late, just jump into the next class.
